Dietitian's Answer

Health is attained through a healthy lifestyle. As we age our lifestyle can increase our risks of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. However, with a balanced diet and exercise plan, we can start improve in how we feel inside and out. Ensure that your diet is chalk full of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins like chicken and tofu. As always, it is best to discuss your conditions with your doctor and/or dietitian first.
