Are there any seeds you do not recommend eating?

We do not recommend eating any seeds you do not love! Seeds can be a part of a great salad, smoothie, and a great snack. It has good amount of protein, fats, and fiber. We recommend the usual suspects chia, flax, and pumpkin. However, we recommend you exploring if you are curious!
