What are boosts?

Boosts are what we call our superfoods, nuts, seeds, etc. that you add in with your fruits, veggies and liquid. So a boost can be one of our superfood powders like the supergreens, protein powder or superboost, or a "boost" can be your favorite seed (chia, hemp, flax), nuts, nut butters, etc.
