When you say 1 serving of fruit is equal to 2 Tbsp what does that equate to ex. banana, orange, etc?

That would be about 1/5 of a banana and 2 oranges slices. Note that these "serving sizes" are for quiz purposes only and are different than a standard serving size of produce. That would be about 1 medium orange or 1/2 cup of fruit and one cup of leafy greens.
For the quiz, it's good to note which colors you may be needing more of then focus on getting more of those vs. trying to measure it exactly.
