Almond butter and milk are widely used in place of milk, but what if one has a nut allergy?
I have allergies towards most nuts. I can tolerate a certain amount of Walnuts and Almonds and maybe Cashews while sprinkled on food, but when my limit exceeds the tolerated amount, my throat becomes irritated and breathing becomes shortened. I therefore am concerned with these Almond products.
Could you please suggest as an alternative?
