What are some recipe suggestions that are lower in protein?

After getting my lab results back, my pcp pointed out that my protein is too high. How can i reduce it? Any low/ no protein blasts I can make? Thanks.

An average adults require about 60-65 grams of protein per day and just for reference, a 3oz cooked chicken breast is about 25-28g of protein. While protein can provide satiety, there are other foods you can include in your blast that provides the same effect such as fiber.
