What is a good Blast to reduce the amount of phlegm in my throat?

Phlegm that is constantly in your sinus and your throat is indicating your immune system working hard. To improve immune response and to reduce the amount inflammation, we would recommend including ginger, pumpkin, honey, onion, and garlic. You do not need to add all of them in one Blast but it can be a part of your daily diet and also your Blast to increase the amount of foods that can boost your immune system.
