If a blueberry or a strawberry is not sweet or it is sour, does it also have less nutrients?

if a blue berry or strawbery lacks sweetness or sour tasting, does that effect its nutricianal value

The sweet taste of the berries means there is more sugars in the fruit. However it is taste sour or it is even tasteless, to our knowledge, it does not have an effect on the overall nutrient value of the fruit.
