Why is soy milk not used more often in your recipes?

Most of the crops for soy is genetically modified organisms or GMO (https://www.nutriliving.com/infographics/gmos-good-bad-and-ugly). As a results, we have chosen other ingredients that includes almonds and cashew milk.

You are always able to replace all nut milks for soy milk.

Just look for the GMO seal on the carton for soy milk.
