We are glad that you are ready to make the change! It is never easy but it always feel great when you do! What we would suggest is to not start with three Blasts in your first week. Not only is that not enough calories for you but you body would need some time to adjust to the amount of fiber in the produce. We suggest starting with one Blast in the morning and having two lean meals. If you are hungry still, we can suggest starting 1/2 a blast at snack time. In one to two weeks, you can start Blasting 2x times a day if you wish. We do not recommend Blasting three times a day. It is less sustainable. We are social beings and sometimes it involves food. Learning how to eat healthy now and making lean and clean meals, you are able to translate that with your family and friends.
