What is a good substitute for bread when doing the 180 cleanse?

I'd try to go bread-free for the 5 days. If you must have some bread, choose a gluten-free bread without a lot of added sugar or preservatives. Otherwise, gluten-free grains like brown/red/black/wild rice, millet, amaranth, teff, buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice/quinoa or buckwheat noodles would be good options.
