There are five colors, do I have to have all five every day?

To feel the benefits of the blasts do you have to have all five color in one day every day or all five in a few day span?

The more colors the better, however there's no set "rule" for how many you need in a day. Try new ingredients and shoot for at least 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies per day. The colors just mean you're getting different vitamins and phytonutrients.
