Dietitian's Answer

Myasthenia gravis is a weakness and rapid fatigue of muscle. There are no treatments to cure it and the medications that your doctors may prescribe suppresses your immune system to prevent your condition from advancing. This is a difficult situation to prescribe any foods especially since we are unaware of other conditions that you may be experiencing What we really suggest is going to your doctor and asking for a dietitian who specializes in treating cases like these to provide better care.

The only suggestion we can make is having adequate amounts of fruits and vegetables along with a balanced diet that includes lean meats/proteins and whole grains.
