There are some health benefits from coffee. However, the problem with coffee though is using it as a crutch to provide energy that you need to get through the day. Over time, too much caffeine/coffee can wear out your adrenal glands. So, with that being said, I'd try to hone in on why it is you drink coffee. As a treat every now and then is perfectly fine and some research says that even a cup a day can provide some health benefits. Just be mindful of how you are using it and not to add a ton of sugar and extras into it that can make it a calorie time bomb.
