If this is your first time, I'd start off by just getting used to how the machine works and the flavors that you enjoy. Try some recipes that simply seem like ones you'd like. Start with spinach (or another mild green), a couple fruits you enjoy and a couple "boosts" with some coconut water or plain water.
After you are comfortable using the machine, then you may want to do some research here on NutriLiving (simply search the terms you mentioned) and try some of the recipes that show up as results and read some of our articles. You'll be a pro in no time!

Thank you so much, Krista! I am praying this will FINALLY make a difference for me. I would love to minimize some of the very STRONG pain meds I need to just "survive", and if I can start sleeping and having some energy, that would be a huge bonus!! I will definitely write with updates.
