Can I use individual superfoods in place of the pre-mixed boost?
If I use the Superfood Superboost daily, instead of the Superfoods individually, will the results be the same? I've been blasting strictly spinach, FF Vanilla Greek yogurt and fruit for over a month and want start to get more out of my boosts! I want to key in on energy, sleep, anti-inflammatory, weight loss and obviously anything warding off cancers! I work out 6 days a week. 3-4 Running and 4 days of a cardio/strength training DVD, so protein is a must.
