Why do I get a white coating on my tongue later on in the day when I Blast?

Dietitian's Answer

A white tongue can be a sign of many things...dehydration (or dry mouth), detoxification, a sugary coating, or other more specific health-related conditions. Most often you can rinse your mouth or brush your tongue to remove the white film. Check in with your Dr. if this seems more serious or continues.
