I am confused how some recipes do not include 50% greens while some do not.

Many of the recipes do not state greens but booklet that came with bullit stated always fill cup 50% With greens before adding other ingredients

Some recipes do have more greens than others however I would always recommend having 50% greens in my cup. Some recipes can also give you more vegetables that are not always green but still provide high amounts of fiber in your Blast. The amount in the fiber can slow the absorption of the sugars in the Blast and delay onset of digestion to make you feel fuller, longer.
