Is there an appropriate amount of chia seeds per serving?

Is there a specific amount of Chia Seeds I should add to a blast to get the recommended amount of complete protein? I see that most of the blast recipes here that call for Chia Seeds specify one teaspoon. Is that the nutritionally appropriate amount?

We often say 1 tablespoon is one serving that provides 60 calories. I often do not use a whole tablespoon to adjust for the calories in my Blast. You can still get the benefits at 1/2 tablespoon however you will get less of the fiber and other omega-3's in the seeds.
