Protein is an important part of your diet to help with muscle recovery and repair. Fruits and vegetables contain good amounts of protein since most people believe that only meats and meat alternative can provide that need. Vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts and peas provide the most protein protein. Fruits do not have has much but here is a list of fruits that would provide some:
