When food is exposed to heat, at what temperture is it no longer considered raw?

The Nutribullet Nature's Prescription Rx heats sauces and soups to a maximum temperature of 150 degrees. I read previously food is no longer considered raw past 118 degrees.

The Raw diet that you are referring to aims to heat foods between 42-46 degrees Celsius or 104-108 degrees Fahrenheit. The NutriBullet Rx heats up to 70 degrees Celsius or 150 degrees Fahrenheit
