What is meant by "baseline leafy greens"?

What is meant by "1 serving of fruit=2 TBSP: Add this amount of fruit in addition to your baseline leafy greens for your perfect, personally-formulated recipe"? What is the baseline leafy greens and how does one add 2 TBSP of fruit to it when the recipe calls for a lot more fruit than that? I know it may be very simple but the book is confusing.

Dietitian's Answer

If you are looking to make your own recipe, we always recommend having 50% greens as your baseline. Some recipes do look for more fruit that two tablespoons but when you are using it in your Blast, we want to give you a guideline for one fruit serving. Many people feel that they can unlimited amount of fruit in their smoothies but that just translates into concentrated amount of sugars. The tablespoon is for guidance.
