It really depends what other ingredients are added to your NutriBlast and how sweet you would like the Blast. I would add no more than 1/4 cup of mangosteen if you were to add another fruit to it. 1 cup of mangosteen fresh is about 156 calories. The information on our website is referring it to canned form.
