How do I ensure I am having 5 a-day?

I follow the instructions to fill each blast (tall cup) with 50% greens and the rest fruit, nuts and seeds but I am confused as to how I know if I am getting my 5 a-day or not? If I have 2 tall cup blasts a day will this be enough to ensure I've had 5 a-day? I usually use a full banana, mixture of berries, grapes, etc but do not know if the quantities of each are regarded as a 'portion' of fruit?

One portion of fruit or vegetable is equal to about 80g. Check out this chart that gives a good overview of what one portion of various fruits and veggies would equal:

An example of a Blast with 5 servings might be:
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
2 broccoli florets
2" piece of cucumber
+any boosts you'd like (nuts, seeds, powders, etc.)
Water or other favorite liquid to the max line
