How can I make the recipes thinner?

When I try to stick to a recipe the result is always so thick it must be spooned out. If i set it down for a minute or two it resolidifies. It happens regardless th cup I use. A cup of any one item is too much but no matter how I reduce the amount it continues to remain the same. What am I doing wrong?

Certain ingredients thicken up a Blast - banana, avocado, chia seeds, flax seeds, frozen fruits (mango), cashews and some nut butters. Try using fewer of these ingredients and then reduce the number of total ingredients you use so the liquid makes up a larger percentage.
