Can you help with low B12 and immune deficiency?

Unfortunately Vitamin B12 is only found in animal foods - ones you hopefully aren't Blasting (except yogurt if dairy is part of your diet).
You could add fortified nutritional yeast, but other than that I'd suggest speaking with your Dr. to find a B12 supplement. I've found sublingual vitamin B12 supplements to be the best options. If you are too low, they may consider B12 shots. Please discuss what is right for you with your Dr.
