Dietitian's Answer

There is some research to say that decreasing foods higher in histamines may be beneficial for autoimmune disorders. Use kale and lettuce in place of spinach and include these fruits in your Blast: apple, banana, cantaloupe (rock melon), figs, grapefruit, grapes, honeydew, kiwi, mango, pear, watermelon.

While it may be more info than you requested, check out this article here (http://www.todaysdietitian.com/newarchives/110211p36.shtml) for some info on various autoimmune disorders and nutritional research.

In general, an anti-inflammatory diet, omega-3s, a healthy gut micro biome, and a strong immune system are key. Here are some more links that may be helpful:

I'm not sure what is going on with your lungs so I am unable to provide any advice. Please discuss options with your Dr. to make sure any of these general recommendations are appropriate for your condition.
