How can I prevent bloating?
Does anyone else have problems with the air in the smoothies? No matter what I use, I bloat and cramp. I have tried all different ingredients and this happens within minutes.

In addition, you may want to take a probiotic supplement or increase your consumption of probiotic-rich foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, miso, etc.
Digestive enzymes have also been helpful.
