How do I fit in so many servings?
Bishop in an article say's to have 2 servings of fruit, 3 servings of vegetables, 4 servings whole grains. Sounds like too much food. How would you measure a serving? For instance, morning smoothie serving has 1 cup fruit, 2 table spoons flax or hemp seeds and handful of spinach. Plus the liquid of either almond milk, water or coconut milk and some spices. Maybe cacao. I can't possibly have 2 more servings.
