Does anyone have just fruit without greens recipes?

I really just want good fruit smoothie recipes. Maybe I bought the wrong product

You can certainly omit the greens from any of the recipes, however this may cause a blood sugar spike since there's more sugar in your Blast vs. one with veggies as well. Another option to help slow blood sugar spikes would be to add in some protein and fats (nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocado, protein powders, cooked beans, etc.)
