Do you know of a bulking agent I can add to my blasts

I am still hungry after my breakfast blast despite it having almond milk in and nuts and seeds. Need a bulking agent to keep me fuller for longer so I dont get irritable and snack unhealthly at work. I am trying to lose weight.

Try adding some protein. This has been shown to delay hunger and aid weight loss when consumed along with a reduced calorie diet. You can use a plant-based protein powder like ours or other brands. Check out this link for protein options:
