Is there a Blast suitable for a night shift worker?

Higher protein and lower carbs/sugar would be good options for night shift workers to help keep your weight in check and reduce any sugar spikes and lows. Also remember hydration, not to snack out of boredom, lay low on the caffeine, and always be prepared for when hunger strikes so you don't raid the vending machine!
