While there are no foods that are directly linked to ED, there are foods that can help with blood circulation and increased testosterone if applicable.
For poor circulation and hypertension, vegetables high in natural nitrates such as beets, basil, Swiss chard, beet greens, and arugula have been shown helpful. Also, potassium-rich foods like baked sweet potato, lentils, Swiss chard, avocado, and banana may help.
Also, warming spices like cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and garlic have been shown to improve blood flow. Other good options are citrus fruits due to their vitamin C, nuts and seeds due to their Vitamin E.
