Almost everything you can add to your Blast provides some type of benefit. I like to say the more bitter the better so you are correct in that veggies are bigger players when it comes to providing a healthy package. That doesn't mean fruits and boosts are any less desirable. If making an all fruit Blast I'd recommend adding in some protein and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, nut butters, powders, etc.) to prevent any rapid blood sugar spikes. Choose vegetable-based Blasts more often, but don't worry if you make a super tasty one that may contain more fruit every now and then.
