Dietitian's Answer

The key to vitamin K is to keep it consistent. The list provides some vitamin K food content. For comparison, you can see what is high and what is low and avoid having a high amount then not having any at all in subsequent meals.

Thanks for your time.
What I'm looking for is some kind of guide that shows how much vitamin K is in the foods that we eat, so that I can adjust my diet accordingly. Is there there some kind of book out there that can provide this information, or where can I go to get this information.
