I am confused about serving sizes with recipes. Can you please explain?

I am confused about servings with recipes.

In general, one serving is the amount of food someone would consume in one sitting. Therefore one serving is for one sitting. If you need more or less calories, you can always adjust. When reading our recipes, you can cut the ingredients by half to make one serving if you would like. Or take a small cup and make it 1/4th of that as well. I hope that helps to meet your nutritional needs.
