How can I make the Immunity Mix blast sweeter?

I'm doing the Slim-Down Plan for 1 person. Can I keep a blast refrigerated for a day?

A few ways you can sweeten up your Blast are to add cinnamon, liquid stevia, pitted dates, a sweet apple or pear, 1/2 banana, a dollop of maple syrup or honey or figs. If you have pineapples or mangoes in the recipes, I would recommend adding more of those as well because those are often the sweeter fruits.
