1 Tbsp minced shallot
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 cups carrots, cut into coins
2 cups cauliflower, washed, drained, and finely chopped
1 medium baked or steamed sweet potatoes
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup caramelized yellow onion (optional)
Add all ingredients into the NutriBullet 600 or 9000 and then heat up on stove top or if you have the RX, extract it in the pitcher on the 7-minute heated cycle.
