How come I feel like I am getting more acidic and stiffer in the joints? What am I doing wrong?
Not quite sure if I am using too much fruit and not enough greens? I go by the book. Should I be using more of the good grains or proteins throughout the day?
I do get my one juice in and try to use more greens throughout the day. So busy with work that at this point I seem to be relying alot on good choice lean cuisines???? Help!!!!
