Nori is a sea vegetable with great health benefits. They are great sources of iodine which is good for thyroid health. It is high in fiber and some studies have shown it to help reduce blood pressure and cholesterol (similar benefits you'd see by following a plant-based diet).
I have not used this in a Blast recipe as I think it would be overpowering, however using it in a soup would be delicious.
Other uses could be to make homemade vegetable sushi rolls by wrapping rice and your favorite vegetables in sheets of nori.
Slice nori into small strips and sprinkle on top of salads.
I suspected there may be a reason I couldn't find blast recipes with it, makes sense.
Soups with Nori sounds like a great idea!
