How much protein and protein powder show I use?

If I make a vegetable and Barrie smoothie for two meals should I add protein powder every time?

Protein powder does not have to be used for every smoothie but it is a good idea. I would add some protein like nuts, seeds, nut butters, or protein powder to at least one of them. Protein has been shown to increase satiety for a longer period of time. Most healthy adults need about 65-70g of protein per day.
