Detox for us is to remove the added sugars and the processed foods in our diets. It is a way of eating cleaner without the chemicals and the preservatives. As you start, you may or may not feel the the symptoms that are associated with it like sweating, headaches, etc... But after a couple of days where you provide the time for your body to remove the toxins, you start to feel better.
