That is difficult to have a one word answer. The sugar substitute changes in taste for each person because of our genes. I personally believe stevia has a bitter taste to it while others I know love it. The research can say one is bad one day but it's fine the next. The key to sugar substitute is moderation. It is also good to remember that one packet of regular sugar is not the same as one packet of stevia and other substitutes. First find the one you like in taste then keep the amount you use in moderation.
