If you are having an episode of low blood sugar, it's best to have a quick absorbing carbohydrate. Pure orange juice, 10 jelly beans, or a mint candy are good easy ways to get your blood sugar back to normal. If your blood sugar is regularly too low then you will most likely need to meet with a personal registered dietitian to discuss food options and meal timing to help keep your blood sugar levels more stable.
