How do I tell which color group the recipe belongs to?

The color mainly refers to the individual ingredients used in a recipe. The various foods for each color are listed in the Nature's Prescription book that comes with your Rx. Recipe color can be closely associated with the foods used in it....
Most often you'll find that anti-inflammatory recipes include a lot of yellow
Heart health tends to include a lot of red foods
Immune boosting recipes include a lot of citrus and orange.
Etc.
