Can you put too many ingredients together ?

If you're trying to stay within a certain caloric "budget" then yes, you can overdo it especially with the smaller, more calorically dense ingredients like oils, nut butters, avocado, seeds, etc. If you stay below the max line on the regular size cup you should be fine, just be mindful of your needs and work within them.
