Is Swiss Chard bad for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis?

Dietitian's Answer

Chard is an excellent source of phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals, and fiber and is actually a great anti-inflammatory health food. To my knowledge it is not contraindicated for those with arthritic conditions. However, there may be medications your Dr. has prescribed that might not work well with it...in that case, be sure to discuss this with your Dr. or a pharmacist.
