What are some substitutions for tree nuts and milks? How do I manage vitamin K levels in my Blasts?

I also struggle with dark greens because of blood clots and restrictions for vitamin K. Do you have recommendations/substitutions for these in your recipes as well?

If you are allergic to tree nuts, we would recommend using seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds, and sun flower seeds to name a few. As for milks, you can use coconut waters, cold brewed green or herbal teas and of course, water.

Vitamin K for blood thinners is to have small amounts throughout the day rather than one large amount at one sitting. Vitamin K is often found in dark leafy greens so add other vegetables in addition like carrots, bell peppers or any other vegetables.
