Why are vegetable smoothies so high in carbohydrates?

I have been looking at recipes on the website and many of them that do have nutritional information seem to be very high in carbs. Why is this please?

Vegetables and fruits are carbohydrates therefore you will often see a high number of grams of carbohydrates in your Blast recipe. There is, however, high fiber in your Blast recipes that are high in vegetables can bring you benefits. Fruits are what you need to worry more about in regards to high carbohydrates because of the concentrated amount of sugars fruit.
