How to keep oxidation to a minimum between early morning Nutriblasting and lunchtime consumption?

I make a Nutriblast for lunch every day before leaving the house for work. I store it in a glass jar in the fridge at the office. By lunch time, it has turned from the beautiful rich berry/veggie colors to a dull brown and even tastes oxidized. Any suggestions to keep this from happening?

There are certain antioxidants that can minimize the oxidation process such as vitamin C, vitamin E found in citrus fruits. Oxidation is not an indication of complete nutrient loss but exposure of fruit and vegetables to oxygen.
